Why the Legend Series Exists

Nessmuk’s Morning
Inspired by George W. Sears, known as Nessmuk, whose writings emphasized traveling light and living simply in the outdoors.
A smooth, balanced medium roast whole bean coffee with notes of caramel, chocolate, and roasted nuts—ideal for both everyday brewing and campfire coffee.
Kephart’s Way
Inspired by Horace Kephart, whose approach to woodcraft focused on practical skill, self-reliance, and purpose.
A bold, full-bodied dark roast coffee with deep chocolate notes and a roast-forward profile—crafted for those who prefer a stronger, more grounded cup.
Still Waters (Decaf)
A decaffeinated specialty coffee crafted using the Swiss Water® Process, offering a smooth, full-bodied cup without caffeine.
With notes of molasses and cocoa, this whole bean decaf coffee delivers the same quality and consistency as our caffeinated roasts—proving great coffee doesn’t require caffeine.
